Ronen discovers a service request has been opened in his name.
The other day, while walking to prayers, Ronen recieved an email on his e71. The email was from firewall developer Checkpoint and stated that Ronen had opened up a service request. As anyone else who works in information security , Ronen got suspicious. Only Ronen has access to the Checkpoint support account and Ronen certainly did not open a request that morning.
